Spare tyres and spare parts worth around £2,000 were also taken.

Police constable Jim Gall said: "We believe a vehicle was driven across a field at the back of Adisham Road to gain access to the address.

"We are keen to hear from anyone who heard a vehicle or saw any suspicious activity in the area on Saturday night. We would also like to hear from anyone who has been offered a bike matching this description for sale.

"These are high-value bikes and we would like to be able to reunite them with their rightful owners."
