A main road was sealed off for more than an hour following a two-car crash.
Emergency services were called to the scene on the A28 in Thanington, Canterbury, at about 10.50am.
Two people were found to have been injured and were taken to hospital.
The disruption prevented Stagecoach South East's 1X and 1A buses from reaching Canterbury.
However, the company has since tweeted that the service has returned to normal.
A spokesman for the police said the vehicles have been recovered and the road has been fully reopened.
