Truck driver hit in road rage attack

KENT Police are seeking witnesses to a road rage assault in which a 63-year-old man suffered cuts and bruises to his face.

The victim was driving a tipper truck when a car cut in front of him on the Rheims Way at Canterbury.

The offender got out of his car and walked up to the truck. He opened the door and accused the truck driver of colliding with his car.

The offender attempted to remove the keys from the vehicle’s ignition, hitting the victim in the face during a scuffle.

The offender is described as being white, aged between 30 and 40 years old and driving a large blue car. The incident occurred at around 4.50pm on Thursday, November 24.
