Police have released an efit of a man wanted in connection with a serious attack which left a man unconscious.

The 26-year-old victim is believed to have been punched to the floor, before being found unconscious at around 12.55am on Saturday, November 6 in New Street, Herne Bay.

He was taken to QEQM Hospital in Margate and, although discharged, was readmitted a few days later with a bleed on the brain, where his condition was life-threatening.

He has now been released, and out of danger.

Police are keen to hear from anyone who may be able to help them identify the man in the e-fit. It was compiled with the help of an eyewitness, not the victim.
