A291 Sturry Hill near Canterbury shut after bin lorry sheds load

A major road was shut after a bin lorry shed its load.

Sturry Hill near Canterbury was closed between A28 and Deansway Avenue at about 1.45pm today.

Motorists were asked to used a different route and the road has since reopened after the earlier incident.
