An extra-time goal from Danny Butler ended Broomfield Crusaders’ long wait for silverware as they defeated the Rising Sun 1-0 in the Herne Bay and Whitstable Sunday League's Fletcher Memorial Cup final.

After a goalless first 90 minutes at Winch's Field, chances were also few and far between in the extra period, but then with 10 minutes left Crusaders’ Billy Bowman sent a cross into the box and Butler was on hand to turn the ball home.

Two first-half goals from Andy Hutley gave East Kent Gills a 2-1 success over Mon United in the Tommy Coulter Cup final.
