Cash stolen after bank card theft in Burgate, Canterbury

A search has been launched after a man had his bank card stolen.

Police say the victim realised it was missing after speaking to a woman in Burgate, Canterbury, last Wednesday.

The card was later used to withdraw cash from his account.

As detectives probe the incident, they have released CCTV stills of a man and a woman they believe could help with their inquiries.

A police spokesman said: "Our investigation is ongoing.

"We have released images of two people who we would like to identify."
