Biker hurt in crash on A2050 near Adisham station

A country road near Canterbury was closed for three hours this afternoon following a collision between a car and motorcyclist.

It happened on the A2050 at Adisham near the junction of Station Road at around 1pm.

Paramedics treated the injured biker at the scene before he was taken to the William Harvey Hospital at Ashford by land ambulance.

The damaged bike was removed from the scene and the road re-opened at around 4pm.
