7 arrested over fight in hotel car park

KENT Police received a number of calls to a fight between a group of local men and a group of Londoners outside a hotel in Canterbury.

Seven people were arrested and two people needed medical treatment following the incident in the car park of the Falstaff Hotel in the city's North Lane early on Sunday morning.

The injured declined to say who had caused the injuries so police issued penalty notices for disorder to the seven, including four from London, and three from the Canterbury area, two aged 23 and a 21-year-old.
