An early effort by midfielder Billy Bennett set the visitors on their way before doubles from Marcus Elliott and Anthony Adesite, which meant Louie Clarke’s second-half strike for the hosts turned out to be a mere consolation goal.

Erith & Belvedere have now opened their lead at the top back up to seven points.

Hat-trick hero Alfie Eldridge led the way for third-placed Erith Town in their 7-1 triumph at new basement boys K Sports.

Harry Taylor, Adem Ramadan and Jamie Humphris (2) also were on target.

Second-placed Phoenix Sports edged a seven-goal contest at home to Punjab.

Two-goal Alfie Evans, Francis Babalola and Tashi-Jay Kwayie did the damage, Will Johnson-Cole - with two penalties - and veteran marksman Paul Vines replied.

Canterbury City finally moved off the foot of the table thanks to a comeback 3-1 success at Bearsted.

They trailed to Ollie Freeman’s first-half strike before two-goal Henry Arnold intervened, with Seb Rowland able to add a late third.

Deal won 3-0 at home to Tunbridge Wells.

Having had a penalty saved the previous weekend, striker Aaron Millbank struck either side of half-time, with sponsors' player-of-the-match Joe Reeves having put the home team in front at the Charles Sports Ground. Steve King's side are an incredible 15 games unbeaten since their FA Vase exit at Corsham in late January.

Isaac Thompson’s brace saw Fisher win 3-2 at home to Kennington.

Darnelle Bailey-King got their other goal while Liam Whiting and Rajan Sahni responded for Ton.

Hollands & Blair lost 3-1 at home to Stansfeld despite a second-half Sam Wright strike. Joe Matthews, Dan Parkinson and Harry Day did the damage for Stansfeld. Parkinson failed to convert a spot-kick but netted on the rebound.

Midfielder Josh Oliver - fresh from committing his future to Whitstable - helped them earn a 2-1 victory at Sutton Athletic.

He scored the all-important third goal from the penalty spot, with Michael Fenn having earlier cancelled out winger Jefferson Aibangbee’s opener. But the Oystermen did have defender Jake Mackenzie dismissed in the latter stages for a second bookable offence.

Division 1 frontrunners Snodland have a 10-point lead at the summit after their 5-0 victory at SC Thamesmead.

Two-goal Matt Gething bagged a brace after Ted Rosetti had given them an instant advantage, while Josh Froggatt and namesake Josh Jackson were also both on the scoresheet.

Snodland are just one win away from winning the league, ahead of Wednesday's trip to Tooting Bec.

Rochester United won 4-1 at home to FC Elmstead through efforts by Fjord Rogers, Harrison Hume, Hicham Akhazzan and Lewis Cook.

Faversham Strike Force shared four goals with AFC Whyteleafe as they missed the chance to move into a top-five position.

Dylan Riches netted twice at Salters Lane - the latter strike coming from the penalty spot - with the visitors replying through Jesse Sentamu and a second-half Temi Alaka spot-kick.

All other scheduled fixtures fell victim to the weather.
