Dispersal order placed on Stanhope, in Ashford

Youths behaving badly has forced Kent Police to put a dispersal order in place in Ashford.

The order covers the Stanhope area and will last for 48 hours, starting from 4pm yesterday (Saturday).

Police say the need for the order was triggered by anti social behaviour on the estate by youngsters.
