Fatal accident victim is named

A MAN killed in a road accident two weeks ago on the A28 between Canterbury and Margate has now been named by Kent Police.

He was 41-year-old Neil Wright, who lived at Bowens Field, Ashford. He was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident on the A28 near Sarre shortly before 6pm on Sunday, December 12.

A post mortem examination was carried out at Queen Elizabeth the Queen Mother Hospital in Margate.

An inquest into Mr Wright's death has been opened and adjourned pending further police enquiries.
