A driver has been arrested after Class A drugs were reportedly found in their car.

Police stopped the black Audi A3 in Shadoxhurst, near Ashford, after it was seen "acting suspiciously".

It was pulled over in Eastwell Lane, off Woodchurch Road, and searched by the force's tactical operations team.

A quantity of suspected Class A drugs are reported to have been found within a hide in the vehicle and the driver was arrested for possession with intent to supply.

Police have been contacted for further information.
